Quotes and project agreements
Website content provides general service information. An enquiry is not a purchase or a binding agreement. A written quotation or project agreement sets the final deliverables, price, payment terms, revision allowance, and timeline.
Prices and exclusions
Listed prices are estimates in South African rand. Domain, hosting, platform subscriptions, licensed assets, custom integrations, and ongoing maintenance are separate unless included in your written quotation. Any applicable taxes are clarified in the quotation.
Client content and approvals
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and obtaining permission to use supplied text, images, logos, and other content. Content delays or late approvals may affect agreed timelines.
Changes and ongoing services
Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted before additional work begins. Maintenance is optional and governed by a separate written agreement. Ownership, handover, cancellation, and refund arrangements are defined in the project agreement.
Third-party services and results
Hosting, domains, search engines, and integrations are operated by third parties. We cannot guarantee their availability, search rankings, indexing timelines, visitor numbers, or sales results.
Concept work and website use
Portfolio examples marked as concepts are demonstrations, not completed client projects. Do not misuse enquiry forms or copy website assets without permission. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that apply under South African law.
